2 cups elbow macaroni
1/4 cup of butter
1 Tbsp chopped onion
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups of milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
dash of hot sauce
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 2 cups elbow macaroni in salted water
Slowly heat butter and onion until onion is translucent
Add dry ingredients
Add milk and stir as the mixture thickens
Add grated cheese and stir until melted
Add tobasco sauce

Drain pasta and place in a 2 quart dish
Spread Cheese mix onto the pasta...mix in.
Add bread crumbs to the top

Place in 350F oven for 25 minutes.
