1 T. oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 cups chicken broth
2 cups (or more) cooked chicken, cubed (May use canned chicken, drained)
3 eggs, beaten
cup biscuit mix
1 cups milk
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in oil until clear. Add chicken and vegetables, then broth. Pour into a

baking dish. Mix biscuit mix with eggs, milk & salt. Pour over chicken mixture and bake

about 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
