8 ounces cream cheese softened
cup cheddar cheese shredded
6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled (I have cheated and used the bacon bits)
teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baking pan with parchment paper

Cut the peppers lengthwise and clean the peppers leaving any membrane or seeds will make the peppers hot/spicy. Depending on the crowd I will leave the membrane and remove the seeds. Place them side up on your pan.

Mix all the ingredients spoon into the peppers.

Sprinkle more bacon because well more bacon is better.
