"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened
½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled (I have cheated and used the bacon bits)
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baking pan with parchment paper

Cut the peppers lengthwise and clean the peppers – leaving any membrane or seeds will make the peppers hot/spicy. Depending on the crowd I will leave the membrane and remove the seeds. Place them side up on your pan.

Mix all the ingredients – spoon into the peppers.

Sprinkle more bacon because well more bacon is better.
