¼ cup butter
½ diced onion
1 diced green sweet pepper
1 pkg of frozen shredded hashbrowns
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 pkg of Philadelphia Italian Herb cooking cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Turn the Ninja to stove top medium and melt ¼ cup butter.

Cook the ½ diced onion and sweet pepper for 3 -5 minutes.

Mix in pkg of frozen hash browns, can of cream of chicken soup and one package of Philadelphia Italian Herb cooking cream (if you can find this you'll have to be creative), salt and pepper.

Continue to mix until everything is spread evenly.

Turn the Ninja to oven and cook at 300º for 20 minutes.

Mix in the shredded cheese and cook for 15 more minutes.

I have not been able to find the Philadelphia Italian Herb cooking cream. We just add a few spices we like and add heavy cream.
