Ingredients:  
2 blocks cream cheese
500 mls. sour cream
1 large bottle - mild salsa
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese then add to sour cream in a mixing bowl, mixing with hand mixer.
Once mixed, smooth over bottom of a casserole dish and top with salsa and shredded cheese along with the peppers.
Place in fridge for approximately 1 hour to chill
