2 cups cooked pumpkin
1 ½ cups condensed milk or rich cream
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg or allspice
⅛ tsp ground cloves
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:

Blend pumpkin and milk together. Mix sugar and spices together and stir in pumpkin mixture. Add eggs, mix well. Pour into 9" pie shell.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

This recipe will yield approximately 2 pies. I first made this for Thanksgiving in 2002.
