¼ c. butter
⅓ c. flour
1 can chicken broth
½ c. milk
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
½ c. cheese*
1 small can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium pan. Stir in flour. Cook 'til smooth and bubbly. Add broth and milk. Cook and stir constantly over medium heal 'til it boils and thickens. Add chicken, peas, cheese and DRAINED mushrooms. Heat 'til bubbly, stirring constantly. Serve over refrigerator buttermilk biscuits, toast or mash potatoes.

*Velveeta or American work great.
