Pizza - Breakfast Recipe

6 eggs
1/2 t. minced garlic
1/8 t. salt
pinch pepper
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 chopped sweet onion
crumbled bacon
pepperoni pieces
chopped bell pepper
parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese for topping

Whisk eggs, garlic, salt, pepper together then add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Heat a 12" cast iron skillet then pour in egg mixture. Move around to cook about 3/4 of the way done.
Spread pizza sauce or alfredo sauce over top and season with 1 T. ranch seasoning.
Add parmesan cheese over the top next.
Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and then the bacon onions and pepperoni pieces.
Bake in 425* oven for 10 minutes.
