1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 package (4 serving size) sugar free jello, lime flavor
¼ teaspoon ginger
¾ cup boiling water
Ice cubes
¼ cup low fat yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, save juice. Add water to juice to make ½ cup. Dissolve jello and ginger in boiling water. Combine measure liquid and ice cubes to make 1¼ cup. Add to jello and stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Measure ¾ cup; blend in yogurt. Chill until set but not firm (5 - 10 minutes) Top with creamy mixture and chill.
