1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons cornmeal
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Melt margarine and let cool, then add milk and slightly beaten eggs.
Combine dry and liquid mixtures together, stir and pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Every one of my children can smell this cooking and know exactly what it is before they even see it pulled out of the oven. A family favorite that goes with every soup and some would even say for breakfast. It is super yummy and everyone loves this! -Jacque
