6 pork chops (1/2" thick)
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in saucepan over medium heat. Mix rest of ingredients for sauce and pour over chops. Cover and cook over low heat 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender. Last 20 minutes remove cover and turn chops frequently until sauce is absorbed.

Recipe will work in crock pot, a dutch oven or stove top covered pan.
