1 box angel food cake mix
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
Cool Whip or other whipped topping

Directions:
In mixer bowl, combine cake mix and pineapple (with juice) just until mixed, about 1 min.
Pour into Pam-sprayed 9x13" pan.
Bake 22-25 min. at 350º F. on middle shelf of oven.
You may also bake in tube pan or bundt pan (sprayed with Pam) for 40-45 min. at 350º.
Cool cake upside down (could insert pan over soda bottle) about two hours.
Run knife around edges.
Turn cooled cake onto serving plate if using tube pan.
Use serrated knife to cut into slices.
Store covered in refrigerator.
Serve with Cool Whip on top.
