Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Carrots -- 2 cups sliced in 1/2 inch pieces
Orange Juice -- 1/2 Cup
Corn Starch -- 2 tbsp

Directions:
Directions:
Add carrots to medium size pot.
Add water to cover carrots and boil until carrots are tender
Drain carrots and return carrots to pot.
Add corn starch to orange juice and pour over carrots.
Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens.
