1 cup light or full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon peanut butter
2 teaspoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
1/4 cup chopped, fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil. Cool, stirring occasionally, over medium high heat until the flavors are blended the mixture starts to thicken slightly (about 5 min). Remove from heat; stir in cilantro (optional). Cover and keep warm until ready to use.

Reheat leftovers over low temperature.
