Ingredients:  
2 - 3 hot peppers - Parboil about 15 minutes
1/2 - 1 onion - chopped
Canned peeled tomatoes w/ juice. 3 to 4 per 1 pepper
2 cloves fresh garlic
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Sugar
1/4 C hot vinegar per quart of sauce (measure of amount of sauce is after cooking)

Directions:

Mix and simmer about 1 hour
Pour into hot jars - tighten lids about 3/4
Let cool about 1 hour
Fully tighten lids store in refrigerator
