Cake:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
Topping:
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon

Cake:
Grease and lightly flour the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. In a large bowl blend all cake ingredients at a low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Topping:
In small bowl blend ingredients. Sprinkle over batter. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
A glaze may be added combine butter, powdered sugar and a little milk.
