⅔ cup evaporated milk
1 egg lightly beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 lbs. ground beef
2 T. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in the order given using your hand if mixture is to heavy for a spoon.
Press into a greased 8" x 5" x 3" loaf pan. Bake in a moderate oven 350 for 50 - 60 minutes. Allow loaf to sit 10 minutes for easy slicing.
