2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. sugar
1 stick oleo
1 can Pet Milk (evaporated), chilled
1 small lemon jello
1 c. Hot water
8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Juice of 2 lemons or 5 TBS lemon concentrate
Lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Pat into 9" pie pan.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate until it begins to set.
Whip evaporated milk and lemon juice until it forms stiff peaks. Beat in slightly thickened gelatin mixture.
Pour into crust and sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top.
Chill for several hours.
