1 C. Butter
2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
4 Ripe Bananas ( 1- C.)
1 C. Sour Cream
2tsp. Baking Soda
3 C. GF. Flour
⅛ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
TOPPING: 6 oz. Chocolate Chips, ⅓ C. Brown Sugar, 1 tsp. Cinnamon.

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 9x13 inch Baking Pan.
Melt Butter.
Add Sugar, Eggs, Bananas and mix well.
Add Baking Soda to Sour Cream and mix.
Combine Flour, Baking Power & Salt.
Add Flour mixture to Butter mixture alternately with Sour Cream, beginning and ending with Flour mixture.
Stir in Vanilla.
Pour half of the Batter into the pan.
Combine and mix all of the ingredients of the topping together.
Sprinkle with half of the topping.
Pour the remainder of the Batter over the topping.
Sprinkle the last of the Topping over the Batter.
Bake 50-60 minutes. Or until a tooth pick comes out smooth when poked in medal of Cake.
