½ cup butter, melted (soft, not liquid)
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup sugar
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
¼ cup lemon juice
1 can cherry pie filling (or any flavor of choice)

Preheat oven to 300º

Combine butter, crumbs & sugar; pat firmly on bottom of a 9" springform pan, about ⅔ of the way up the sides.

In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy (it will look fluffy). Add milk and beat until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 - 55 minutes.

Cool to room temperature. Chill for about 6 hours, you can garnish with the pie filling before or after chilling.

This recipe was given to me by Lisa Studebaker (Ohio). She brought this over to us after you were born (March '99), we had prepared meals/desserts for almost 2 months. I have been making it ever since!
