15 oz. can of white beans
5 large eggs
6 T. butter, softened
1/2 t. stevia
1 T. vanilla
6 T. almond meal
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powdered
optional 1/4 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350'. Rinse beans and drain. Place in blender with eggs. Pulse on high until beans are smooth. In bowl of stand mixer, cream butter until fluffy. Add stevia. Slowly add bean/egg mixture, mixing on medium speed. Put into 9x9 or cupcake liners. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothcake comes out clean.
Beth uses this for strawberry shortcake as well.
