1 pound large button mushrooms
1 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup sherry
Juice of ½ lemon
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp basil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Wash mushrooms. Remove stems. Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Put a generous spoonful of stuffing in each mushroom cap. Place filled caps in greased baking dish and bake in a preheated 350º oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
