2 pounds shrimp

olive oil to taste
1 tbsp red pepper paste
1 tsp piri piri or Tabasco sauce
5 cloves of garlic - peeled and crushed
salt to taste
butter to taste
juice of 1 lemon
3 bay leaves
1 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl put all ingredients exept the olive oil and butter. Mix everthing well and marinate for at least one hour.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Put everything on a baking sheet, add small chunks of butter and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes or until the shrimp is pink.
Serve with a fresh baguette.
