2.75c Chicken Stock
1/4c Heavy Whipping Cream
1 medium Potato
2c chopped Kale
1/2lb spicy Italian Sausage
1/4tsp each of Salt and Crushed Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and let cool. Combine stock and cream in stock pan on medium heat. Slice potato (unpeeled) into soup. Add kale, sausage and spices. Simmer about an hour on low.
