1 part Soy Sauce (pint)
1 part Lemmon juice (pint)
4 T. Worcestershire Sauce
2 T. Tabasco or hot sauce
1 T. Liquid smoke extract
3 T. Fresh ground pepper
1 T. Onion salt
3 T. Pressed garlic or powder

Mix marinade ingredients
Slice 4 onions 4 lemons very thinly
Place tenderized fajita in a deep pan or plastic container. Pour on some marinade. Place some onion rings and lemon slices between steaks. Pour on more marinade. Repeat process until done. Marinate steak.

Grill and smoke over mesquite or hickory coals. Serve with pico de gallo and flour tortillas. Slice steak against the grain.
