2 c. flour
4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa

2 1/2 c. hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, soda, and cocoa. Stir in milk & oil. Put in 9x13 baking dish. Blend brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle on batter. Pour water over everything. Bake at 350' for approximately 45 minutes.
