2c Walnut halves or coarsely chopped
1c cashew halves or whole almonds
1c unsweetened Coconut Flakes (not shredded)
1/3c Coconut Sugar
1tsp Vanilla or Butter extract
1-1.5T Butter, sliced or room temp
Coconut Oil
6oz unsweetened Banana chips or Banana slices
1/2-2/3c Dark Chocolate chips
Parchment Paper

Directions:
Directions:
Place nuts, coconut, sugar, vanilla and butter in crock pot. Mix and turn on high 45-60 minutes. Stirring a few times making sure not to burn coconut. Turn down to low for at 45 minutes left and continue on low another 20-30 minutes. Remove and place on parchment paper to dry for about 15 minutes. Add banana and chocolate, mix and store in zip lock bag.
