1 lb. well-trimmed pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size chunks
1 (16 oz.) jar thick, chunky salsa
3 (15 oz.) cans rinsed & drained black beans
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 medium chopped red bell pepper
1 medium chopped onion
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. sour cream

Directions:

In slow cooker combine pork, salsa, beans, broth, bell pepper, onion, cumin, chili powder and oregano. Mix well and cover; cook on low 8 hours or until pork is tender. Garnish with sour cream.
