Cook chicken breasts (sprinkled with dash of salt and pepper) in a little oil (2 T) in skillet about 20 min., browning both sides on medium heat.
While chicken is cooking, mix ¼ c grated Parmesan cheese and ¼ c Ranch dressing; set aside.
For topping, mix bread crumbs, garlic salt, shredded Parmesan, and melted margarine.
Transfer cooked chicken to casserole dish.
Spread ¼ c gr. Parmesan and Ranch dressing (combined) on each breast.
Top each with 1 c sh. Provolone cheese.
Sprinkle each with crumb topping.
Bake 15 min. at 350º F.
