1 package of boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 5)
salt & pepper
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
20 cloves of garlic minced
1 TBSP minced fresh rosemary
1 TBSP minced fresh thyme
3/4 cup white wine
3/4 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Season chicken with salt & pepper and brown in olive oil. Remove from pan and toast garlic in olive oil. Add wine, chicken broth, herbs, and chicken. Cover pan and transfer to oven for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

Serve over pasta of choice.
