Best Blueberry Muffins Recipe

4 cup flour
2 tsp rounded tsp baking powder
2 cups sour cream
1 cup sugar
2 cups frozen blueberries
4 eggs
zest of two lemons
⅔ cup canola oil
2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 400
Sprinkle blueberries with 1 tbsp of flour
Mix dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients. Gently fold in blueberries at the very end and try not to turn your batter blue

Filled lined muffin tins half way up and bake for 10 minutes minutes, reduce oven to 350
and bake for another 10 minutes testing if done. If not bake another few minutes checking.
