1 cup white rice: yields 3 cups cooked
3/4 stick butter
1/2 cup Longhorn cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 to 2 cans or more diced green chilies
1 1/2 to 2 containers (8oz each) sour cream
Fresh garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together while rice is hot. Bake to brown top at 325 degrees for one hour.
