1 c. flour
¼ t. salt
¾ stick of butter
1 ½ T. shortening
⅛ c. iced water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put flour and salt in food processor. Cut the butter and shortening into the flour.
2. Process a few seconds until it resembles a coarse meal.
3. Drop water very slowly and process briefly. Should take 20-30 seconds.
4. Remove dough; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
5. Remove from fridge and let stand 15 minutes before rolling out.
6. Bake 400º in oven until done.
