4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ c Kraft brand Catalina salad dressing
½ c apricot jam or preserves (not jelly)
3 T (about ½ of 1 oz. pkg.) onion soup mix. (Shake to mix soup together before opening envelope.)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat about 2 T oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
Add washed and dried breasts; cook 4-5 min. on each side to brown.
Transfer meat to 3-quart casserole dish.
Combine dressing, preserves, and dry soup mix.
Pour over chicken.Bake 40-45 min. at 350º F.
