½ C. butter
¼ C. yellow mustard
¼ C. chopped onion
2 T. poppy seeds.
shaved ham
swiss cheese
small buns (or really any size)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add mustard. Mix in the onion and poppy seeds. Spread on inside of both sides of buns. Put shaved ham and swiss cheese in bun. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate until ready to bake.

Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
