½ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 pounds chicken wings cut in two pieces

Directions:

Heat oven to 450º. Grease a large baking pan.

Combine green onion, honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce, ginger and garlic. Divide the sauce into two portions.

Add wings to one half of the sauce and toss to coat evenly.. Retain other half of the sauce to coat the wings after cooking.

Place in baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally.

Turn oven to broil and broil the wings 6 inches from heat turning occasionally for about 8 minutes. Spoon remaining sauce over and serve.
