2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayo (not Miracle Whip!)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (7 oz) can diced green chilies
½ (4 oz) can diced jalapeños (more if you like spicy)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Spread in a pie plate and bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.
Optional: Top with breadcrumbs before baking.
Optional: Mix in crumbled bacon.
