2 lb. ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
1 can tomato soup (family size)
2 cans black beans (prefer Progresso)
2 cans Rotel
1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz)
1 can corn (whole kernel)
1 can hominy
1 pkg taco seasoning (Lawry's is good)
1 pkg ranch style dressing mix
3 cups water

Directions:

Brown ground beef with onions

Drain cans of beans, corn, and hominy.

Add all canned items, seasoning packets, and water.

Cook 1 1/2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, grated cheese, and sour cream.
