1 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 C. milk
1 can white corn
1¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour & gradually pour on milk, bring to boiling point, add corn, seasonings, yolks of eggs beaten until thick, & whites of eggs beaten stiff & dry.

Turn into a buttered dish & bake in a moderate oven 25-30 minutes
