4 large bone in chicken breasts, skin removed, ( I use boneless)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
5 tsp minced garlic
1 small onion
2 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, chopped onions and chili flakes, mix.
Place chicken breast in slow cooker and pour sauce on top, cook low for 4 -5 hours
remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. I use my blender with dough attachment on low, but you can use a folk too. In small bowl combine 3 tbsp of water and cornstarch and whisk. place liquid from slow cooker into a saucepan and being to a boil, while stirring the liquid, add cornstarch mixture a little at a time and stir till thicken. Let boil 1 minute. Pour sauce over shredded chicken and stir to combine. serve over rice with desired topping
