6 large jalapenos
1 large white onion
8 cloves garlic
2 limes
3 tbsp white vinegar
tsp cumin
½ tsp white pepper
tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Derib and deseed jalapenos and cut into strips. Cut onions into thin strips around the same length as the jalapenos. Mince garlic. Add all to a tupperware container that has a lid (important). Juice limes into the mixture and add salt, pepper, cumin, vinegar, and olive oil. Place lid on container and shake vigorously until well mixed and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
