1 26 oz bag hash browns (can be frozen)
2 cps shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cp onion diced
1/2 cp beef broth
1 cp milk
4 Tbsp butter (to be divided)
1 dash garlic powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hash browns, cheese, onion together in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix broth, milk, 2 Tbsp butter, garlic powder, and salt. Pour broth mixture over potato mixture.

Melt remaining 2 Tbsp butter in a large oven-proof skillet. Add the potato mixture. Cook on stovetop until cheese melts (about 5-7 minutes).

Place skillet in 425 oven. Bake for 45-60 minutes until brown.
