1 can cream of chicken soup
¾ c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
2 green onions, chopped
9 (5¼ inch) corn tortillas
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
½ red bell pepper, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together soup, sour cream, milk, chiles, and green onions.

Arrange 3 tortillas in bottom of an 11x7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half the chicken, then half the red pepper. Sprinkle with a third of the cheese, then top with a third of soup mixture, spreading evenly. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 3 tortillas, olives, remaining soup mixture, and then sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
