2- pounds of fresh ground beef
1- qt. can of tomato juice 1 (29-oz.)
1- can of purée tomato 1 (15-oz.)
1- can of light red kidney beans, drained 1 (15-oz.)
1- can of pinto beans , drained
1 - medium large sweet onion, chopped about 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup of diced celery
1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup of chili powder ( you can use less for a milder chili )
1- tsp. of ground cumin ( use more for real flavor)
1 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
1 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of ground-black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. of sugar
1/8 tsp. of cayenne pepper

Instructions:
In a large skillet, brown your ground beef and then drain fat off. Next put your beef and the remaining ingredients in a 6-qt. Pot. Next cover the pot and let the chili simmer 1-2 hours.
