1 pork tenderloin
¼ c. flour
to taste: salt, pepper and paprika
4 T. butter or margarine
2 c. chicken broth
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms/4-oz. canned mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Season flour with spices. Dredge tenderloin in flour and brown in butter in skillet.
2. Remove meat to casserole dish.
3. Make gravy with 3 T. flour mixture with butter, chicken broth and mushrooms. Simmer until it starts to thicken and bubble.
4. Pour over pork in casserole dish.
5. Bake for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered.
