2c Graham Cracker crumbs
1c plus 2T sugar, divided
6T Butter, melted
3c (12oz) Raspberries, divided
1T each of Lemon Juice and zest
4pkg 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line 9x13 pan with foil going over sides. Combine graham crumbs, 2T sugar and butter. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Reserve 1/2c raspberries plus 1tsp lemon zest for later. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, remaining zest and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low just until blended. Gently stir in remaining raspberries. Pour over crust. Bake 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate up to 4hrs. Top with reserved raspberries and lemon zest.
