1 1-lb. pork tenderloin
c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 t. dried ginger
1 T. sesame oil
c. honey
2 T. brown sugar
4 T. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Place tenderloin in ziploc bag. Pour mix over and marinate or 2-8 hours. Remove pork, pat dry and discard marinade.
2. Mix together honey and brown sugar on shallow plate. Roll pork in honey mix to coat well. Then roll in sesame seeds.
3. Roast in a shallow pan for 20-30 minutes (160-170 on thermometer)
