2 eggs
¾ c. milk
½ c. fine dry bread crumbs
¼ c. finely chopped onion
1-2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground sage
⅛ tsp. pepper
1½ pounds ground beef

¼ c. catsup*
2 tbsp. brown sugar*
1 tsp. dry mustard*

*Or use an equivalent amount of Heinz Chili Sauce

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine eggs and milk; stir in crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper. Add beef; mix well. Pat mixture into an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan; bake at 350º for 1¼ hours. Spoon off fat. Combine catsup, sugar, and mustard (*or use the Heinz Chili Sauce); spread over meat. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
