Ingredients:  
3 C flour, unsifted
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp oil
2 C hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except water. Beat with mixer until smooth and satiny. With a spoon stir in 3 more cups of flour until well mixed in. Cover with cloth and let rise 30 minutes in mixing bowl. Roll out like French bread and score top. Let rise on baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 25 - 30 minutes. Rub with butter and then brown.
