Ingredients:  
2 cans – crushed pineapple, drained
1 package – lime jello
1 small package – cream cheese
1 cup – whipping cream
½ cup – chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple juice into pan and heat to boiling
2. Dissolve lime jello in 1 cup hot pineapple juice and cool until it begins to set
3. Whip cream cheese and whipping cream
4. Stir in pineapple, cooled jello and ½ cup of chopped nuts
5. Put in jelly mold to set for about 2 hours. Remove from mold.
